BUST

Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your bust (for women) or chest (for men), keeping the tape level and snug but not too tight.

• Tip: Make sure the tape goes straight across your back and isn't drooping.

WAIST

Find your natural waistline by bending slightly to the side—where your body naturally creases is where you should measure. Wrap the tape around this point.

• Tip: Don't suck in your stomach! Measure naturally for the best fit.

HIPS

Stand with your feet together and wrap the tape around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks.
